In the production of the beret is used modern technology that allows the processing of wool into a very fine form, which is then pleasant, soft and silky. Thanks to these properties, the beret can carry the Pure New Wool quality certificate from Woolmark quality.

Due to its elasticity, the wool fibre beret does not cling tightly to the human skin with its entire surface, which allows for an additional insulating layer of air. In direct contact with the human body, wool gives the impression of warmth and cosiness.

Due to its cellular structure, wool has the ability to absorb and retain a large amount of moisture absorbed from the environment, making wool products perfectly absorb human sweat. The wool fibre can hold 30% of its dry weight of moisture. Artificial fibres absorb only 5% of the moisture under the same conditions, so a wool cap remains breathable and does not get cold even if you sweat during physical activity.

The wool beret is very flexible, elastic, wear-, abrasion- and tear-resistant. It is not subject to permanent deformation due to the amount of air contained in the fibres. A single wool fibre can be bent more than 20,000 times without breaking.

The sheep from which their wool is obtained and then processed are reared all over the world. It can be used indefinitely, so sheep's wool as a material can be seen as a natural renewable resource.

Maintenance

Not machine washable. Small stains can be gently washed with a sponge and core soap. Then let the beret dry at room temperature stuffed with, for example, paper. In the case of large stains, it is best to take the beret to a dry cleaner.
